CBWEED ships to Italy and European Union countries, excluding Switzerland and countries that cannot be reached by land.
Couriers
Shipments are made via:
- GLS (standard courier)
Delivery times
- Italy: 2–4 working days (3-5 days for Sicily and Sardinia)
- European Union: 3–5 working days
The times indicated are estimates and may be subject to change and delays during periods of high demand or holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, August, or other national holidays.

Order preparation and dispatch
All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging to ensure maximum discretion
We ship from Monday to Friday.
- The orders placed before 3.30 pm are shipped on the same day
- The orders placed after 3.30 pm, during weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the first working day after the order
Tracking
The tracking code is sent directly by GLS a few hours after the shipment has been collected from our premises. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support at support@cbweed.com.
Alerts and delays
During specific periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday, August, or other national holidays, shipments may be subject to delays.
Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal
It is possible to return a product within 14 days of delivery. Here is how to proceed:
1 Fill in the return form
Fill in the form and send a copy to support@cbweed.com. Don’t forget to include a hard copy in the parcel. Download the form
2 Prepare the parcel
Insert a hard copy of the form and the products you wish to return inside the parcel
The products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.I prodotti devono essere integri e sigillati nella loro confezione originale. Returns of opened or tampered with products will not be accepted.
3 Ship the parcel
Return shipping costs are paid by the Purchaser.

4 Refund
After we have assessed the integrity of the products, you will receive a refund for the purchase price paid. The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt, using the same payment method used for the order or by bank transfer, if necessary.
