Its blend is 30% robusta and 70% Arabica, both of which are sieved at 17/18, resulting in a premium blend with no leaves, defective beans or other impurities.
As in the best artisanal production, the coffee beans in our blend are selected and cooked in a brick oven. During the cooking process, they lose 22% of their weight to burn off all the acidity they contain. Finally, they are ground and combined with hemp flour (8%) to make the blend tasty, smooth and pleasant.
