Our blends, available as ground coffee or in pods, have been created in collaboration with Caffè Poli, a roasting company in business since 1962. The top-quality raw material is composed of 30% robusta and 70% arabica, both of which are sieved at 17/18, carefully selected to avoid impurities, leaves, branches and defective beans. Roasting is done following traditional artisan processes, starting with baking in a brick oven during which all the acidity is lost, leaving the blend tasty, soft and pleasant. The combination with hemp flour (8%) gives this coffee a nutty aftertaste and a rich cream suitable for the most demanding palates.
