MCT oil refers to a particular chemical composition of the carrier oil, namely Medium Chain Triglycerides, which promote thermogenesis and therefore greater metabolic responsiveness. These medium-chain triglycerides are commonly added to pure coconut oil, which is why we chose it as the basis for this innovative formulation of our CBD oil 30%.
